[TOPOPROCES-3] Missing pom for jmx-generator-plugin when building multilayer-impl

Autorelease is failing to build the module multilayer-impl with the error below. Seems like it's missing a dependency? where should it be getting this pom from?

The POM for org.opendaylight.controller:yang-jmx-generator-plugin:jar:0.2.5-Daily is missing.
