as an end user,
I want to see network elements retrieved from network controller system
In order to be able to analyize the network and see the network elements visualized

Network Elements are: Roadm , xponder , plugable external devices.
Roadm devices can contain: srg , degree nodes.
Roadm can contain both srg and degrees or degree nodes only.
Diagram need to show the nodes grouped by devices such as Roadm that contains degree and srg.
Xponders nodes may contain several xponders
also diagram should show devices that doesn't contain nodes such as external pluggable devices.

Devices are grouped by location
the location is repsented as CLLI , which represent a building that contins several devices
for example: paris building contains one roadm devices and two exponders and one ext devices
