[TSC-131] Add TSDR to Flourine managed release

Hi everybody,

This mail is intended to Self-Managed projects that plan to be part of the Fluorine ODL distribution.

If this is your case you are encouraged to integrate with Managed distribution before Fluorine mid-checkpoint (7/5), so you have enough time to debug and fix integration issues before Managed distribution is released (8/23).

The process to integrate consists on 2 steps:

1) Update all Managed dependencies to latest version in Fluorine.

2) Add project in ODL distribution by following this: https://docs.opendaylight.org/projects/integration-distribution/en/latest/add-project-distribution.html#self-managed-projects

Note so far only 1 project (SXP) has done this.

Once the Managed distribution is released (8/23) there are 2 extra steps for those willing to be part of Fluorine ODL distribution:

1) Update all Managed dependencies to Fluorine release.

2) Release the project.
