result :

I ran the same test few times and every time I get different result :

Scenario:
send : 900 packets any packet in size: 250 bytes in rate (packet size) of 30,000 (bits ps) = ((250 * 8) * 15 ) = 15 packets per sec

We config 5 KB = 40,000 bits.

All the packets should be receiving to c3u1.
We verified that Traffic Gen send the packets in the rate of 15 packets per sec.

TX - traffic gen send the packets to port c1u1 (e1000:2 )
Rx- traffic gen get packets from port c3u1 (e1000:6 )
