[USECPLUGIN-3] some log messages are going to karaf console instead of karaf.log

normally we are expecting all messages to be logged to karaf.log.

I think the expectation for the karaf console is for interactive messages (e.g. enter some command and receive the output) not historical logs.

I tried to help with this patch, but please feel free to -2 if it's
not appropriate.
