[VPNSERVICE-45] TEP delete does not clean up correctly leaving some stale data

Steps
Configure Tunnel End Points on two DPNs through ITM Yang
Delete all the end points from ITM yang

Verify the following
Verify that all trunk interface are created on the ieft interfaces config DS upon end point creation
After deleting the end points, verify the ietf interfaces config DS

RESULT
Not all trunk interfaces are cleaned up in the ietf interfaces.

Observation
Removing the end point should take care of removing the forward and reverse trunk.
