VPNSERVICE has dropped out of Boron. As part of movement of VPNservice to Netvirt this port change was done in Netvirt/VPNservice [2] and is reflected on the wiki [Port 7744]. VPNService has dropped out of boron so no concern [3]. This will be an issue anymore in Boron [4].
