Remote routes not getting removed and all local routes not appeared in table 21 after deleting L3VPN

Steps:
1. Create network,subnet,port and boot VM.
2. Create Router and Add all interface to it.
3. Create L3VPN and associate router to it.
4. remove one or 2 subnet from router and re-add again.
5. Delete L3VPN.

Expected Result:
All remote route should be removed and all local routes should appear again.
Result:
Remote routes not removed in table 21 and few local routes not appeared at all.
