[VTN-131] Incorrect log message for modified vBridge configuration.

An incorrect log message is recorded when an existing vBridge configuration is modified.

If the value of age-interval in a vBridge configuration is changed from 100 to 200, below log message is recorded.

vBridge has been changed: old=

{age-interval=200}

, new=

{age-interval=100}

"old" and "new" should show value before and after modification respectively. But they are swapped.
