[VTN-76] Failed to start VTN Coordinator on Fedora 22

Occurence of the issue:
[root@localhost coordinator]# /usr/local/vtn/bin/vtn_start

- - ERROR: Failed to start the UNC daemon.

Reproduce the issue:
1.Clone the vtn code form git.
2.Build the source code using maven.
3.Give "make install" and do db setup in VTN Coordinator using "/usr/local/vtn/sbin/db_setup".
4.Start VTN Coordinator using "/usr/local/vtn/bin/vtn_start".
