Any attempt to use an inference pointing to a NotificationDefinition ends up failing – which does not match the behavior for OperationDefinitions.</p> <p>Add support for specifying NotificationDefinitions as the root, with the appropriate proxy, restoring full parsing capabilities again.</p> YANGTOOLS-1289
