[YANGTOOLS-131] Description provided in the yang file is missing in the generated java file

I noticed that proper description has been added in the yang file. For instance,
rpc cancel-toast

{ description "Stop making toast, if any is being made. A 'resource-denied' error will be returned if the toaster service is disabled."; }

// rpc cancel-toast

But the java file generated contains method cancelToast() but doesn't have the description like a comment.
