[YANGTOOLS-1556] Please provide the requested information

I am using yangtools of 8.0.9 version.

I am currently using the yang-parser-api, yang-parser-impl and yang-common libraries to parse the yang modules.

I am able to parse the yang modules using the yangtools API's.

In failure case, I am getting a stack trace of the errors, But I need it in a more readable way like this:

[Severity] [filename: line_no: column_no ] [error/warning/info messages]

Do we have any API's implemented in yangtools to support this?

How do we get Severity of the Exception thrown?
