[YANGTOOLS-52] 'units' statement should be reflected somewhere in the generated class

A typedef can carry a 'units' statement, which is helpful for giving humans an idea what the number represents. It would be good to at least the string specified in a 'public static final String' field. Also consider adding this information into the toString() method – which opens the question of what is the relationship of the value, units and toString().
