[YANGTOOLS-6] Add the option to skip specific yang files from processing

It seems to be beneficial to exclude certain yang files from maven pluging processing. In my use case a completed model triggers codegen bugs, which prevents independent models to be used within the component.

This should take form of an <Exclude-Files>-like configuration instruction.
