[YANGTOOLS-856] CSIT failing with yang-model-validator in cisco-openconfig-if-aggregate-devs

                <project id="10188" key="YANGTOOLS">yangtools</project>

the process to download the java test tool that the yangtools csit uses was broken for a long time
in CSIT. That has since been resolved and the tool is running properly (AFAICT). There is a failure,
however in one model. The suite stops on the first failure, so I don't know if there may be more
or not.

The model which is failing is importing a module which does not exist in the workspace. Is there a way to blacklist modules?
</comment>

I ended up creating a full story with
subtasks:

https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/INTTEST-75

I know you have a patch here that will remove the files that end up causing the CSIT failure, but I think in my digging I've
uncovered quite a few things that we can work on to improve things. Nothing high priority, but just FYI for now. I'll try to
find time here and there to make progress.
</comment>
