The data store portion of the issue which lead to this was fixed in <a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/YANGTOOLS-373" title="Data tree: automatic structural container lifecycle" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="YANGTOOLS-373"><del>YANGTOOLS-373</del></a>, so we can revert that hard-wiring without an issue.</p> YANGTOOLS-903
