      MDSAL-848 defines the APIs and semantics for compacting InMemoryDataTree through DOMStore/DOMDataBroker.

      Extend sal-distributed-datastore to support this operation, so that it gets properly communicated from DOMStore to Shard and from Shard leader to its followers, applying resulting in both leader and follower InMemoryDataTrees being compacted.
