The last contribution made by ONF we have picked up has been made on March 23rd, 2020 and the repository has been archived on November 28, 2022.

Cap the '-present' range to '-2022'.

Furthermore the code has been significantly refactored, and as such quite a few classes are candidates to 'Copyright 2024 PANTHEON.tech' as the second line. When adding those, also add the 'and others', so we do not have to churn headers when others contribute – again, as per ODL guidelines.
