    Description

      OsgiBundleScanningSchemaService should not be part of mdsal-dom-broker, but rather its dependency, injected when it starts.

      Split this service out into mdsal-dom-schema-service-osgi and rework mdsal-dom-broker to have it injected via:

      • OSGi registry (from the activator)
      • ServiceLoader (for non-OSGi environments)
