Medium Description
The API needs to be revised to address a couple of issues:
- service groups need to be immutable, i.e. built once and frozen
- service startup needs to be asynchronous
- EOS/CSS entity types must be YANG identities, not generic strings
There also needs to be a provision to maintain a 64bit generation counter, which is reported on each change.
