After applying patch ef26fbbc9928d0842fc5e72d0fa029b12e6cc0f2, we are experiencing intermittent failures with the test tool in sending all required Netconf message replies to OpenDaylight (ODL). This issue does not occur consistently but affects critical testing processes when it does, leading to unreliable communication and testing outcomes.
