When we are updating Swagger UI we just copy paste dist folder from https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-ui and make some adaptations. For example see: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/q/NETCONF-987.

We would like to make this easier - for example create child classes for index.html, index.css and swagger-initializer.js which will be in its own sub-directory.

When updating we would like to just update dist directory without making https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/c/netconf/+/105219.

The proposed structure:

resources/explorer/dist - for official swagger UI

resources/explorer/misc - for our customization

Of course everything should work as before.
