OPENFLOW_PUNT_PATH:Exceptions causing suite failure

Lots of exception messages appearing while configuration and verification leading to suite failure.

Steps to repro>>>>>>

1) Chnge the hard timeout value to 0 in all the below files.

netvirt-vpnmanager-config.xml
netvirt-natservice-config.xml
netvirt-elanmanager-config.xml

Restart controller and verify that all the vlaues are restored after restart of controller.

Exceptions comes when restarting controller.
