Remove dependency on Test classes to instantiate objects in micro module

In Micro module we using the test classes to instantiate some of the mdsal and controller objects from the class:

org.opendaylight.controller.micro.DataBrokerModule.java

We need to move away this way of object instantiation and do it in a proper way.
