We are currently pulling in jdbc from the enterprise feature. When coupled with out eager packaging of all jars mentioned in a feature, this results in roughly 50MiB of overhead in the distribution, as we end up pulling things JPA, hibernate, JTA, JMS, etc.

Define the feature to be exactly what Karaf provides without all the other baggage.
