    Description

      This is a tracker issue for an upgrade to guava-23+. This upgrade is going to be problematic because of our API compatibility contract and Guava's removal of CheckedFuture in February 2018 according to: https://google.github.io/guava/releases/snapshot/api/docs/com/google/common/util/concurrent/CheckedFuture.html.
