Remove support for '-d nodeId' in getreconciliationstate

      openflow/getreconciliationstate has the ability to inquire reconciliation state from other nodes. This is rather ugly, as it uses a hard-coded username/password to access Jolokia on the remote node – the location of which it gets from equally ugly ClusterMemberInfo.

      Remove the '-d nodeId' parameter, returning data from the local node only.
