Medium Description
Add the folowing hardening bits to the createRenderedPath RPC:
- Check if input RSP name is null and if so do not attempt to read an RSP from datastore with a null RSP name.
- Check that SFP name was provided as input.
- Raise to the upper layer any unexpected exceptions
