ServiceListTopology Class doesn't update ZToA List

In Class ServiceListTopology, updateZToATopologyList() method:

• in the line 107, the id is initialized with the size of a2zTopologyList not the  z2aTopologyList
• in the end of the method,  there is a missing line to update ServiceTopology

We will solve the issue and commit the fix.
