Right now the different OTN interfaces are created in different way and the naming associated with the interfaces may not reflect what is in OpenROADM Whitepaper. Propose to consolidate all interface creation processes making sure that :
_A global naming convention compliant with OpenROADM whitepaper is used. This implies also to make all modifications required on the code, in methods that may derived actions from the naming of the interfaces
_When we create interface that require the presence of supporting interfaces, we shall check taht the supporting interfaces are present. This implies to add in the mapping model all supporting interfaces (Och/MC, OTU4,...) and to add in the code the required method to populate in the portmapping supporting interfaces when they are created.

Acceptation criteria : Code & associated Junit/func test build and run and are available for review.
