    Description

      T-API Multi Layer Topology and T-API Full Multi Layer topology create the SIPs uuids in a different way.

      The first one creates the SIP uuid derived from the NEP uuid, whereas the second one proposes a new naming:

      1. SIP_uuid = new Uuid("NEP_uuid")
      2. SIP_uuid = new Uuid("SIP+NEP_ID")
