Migrate all unitary tests of TransportPCE project to JUnit 5

The JUnit 5 version contains a number of exciting innovations, with the goal of supporting new features in Java 8 and above, as well as enabling many different styles of testing.

Migrate all existing Unitary Tests of TransportPCE to JUnit 5 to leverage many usefull possibilities for testing purpose.

It will be also the opportunity to review the whole existing unitary tests, given the fact that part of them:

• has been disabled for a while
• some are really not relevant and need to be rewriten
• some could be optimized...
