Terminate OLM module Junit refactoring

Most of the JUnit testing in the OLM module has already been redone.

There is still the OlmPowerServiceRpcImplTest class which needs to be completely redone, using mock instead of instantiating objects across all OLM classes, which should greatly simplify this test class. Most OLM Bunsiness features have already been tested in other test classes.

Also remove old unnecessary classes like for example MountPointServiceStub, MountPointStub, OlmServiceStub, introduced at the beginning of the project when Mock was not yet used.
