With mdsal-13.0.1, mdsal.binding.api.RpcProviderService.registerRpcImplementations changes its method signature. The method with a ClassToInstanceMap as argument is deprecated for the benefic of an improved way.

Adapt the current implementation to use a plain varargs array instead of ClassToInstanceMap.

Simplify, or even remove when possible, certain classes, especially when they are only used to record the RPC implementations.
