    Description

      ANTLR-generated code is causing a number of SpotBugs issues to be reported. Since we are hosting generated code in yang-parser-rfc7950, we need to keep spotbugs disabled in the entire component.

      Split out ANTLR-generated code into a separate artifact, yang-parser-antlr, so that we can eventually enable spotbugs on yang-parser-rfc7950.
