StmtContext.isSupportedByFeatures() is supported by internal reactor logic. In many ways it should be equivalent to isSupportedToBuildEffective(), provided that if-feature statements correctly set their parents' state.
Unfortunately there significant amount of logic tied to this method and needs to be analyzed whether there is a semantic difference between the two.
