ImmutableNodes.fromInstanceId() with a deepestElement override is only used by NETCONF to create filter structures in a few places. Ever since we switched to requiring a leaf node body to be a non-null reference, this does not really work, as evidenced by NETCONF-833.
Deprecate this method for removal, so that users do not get confused by it.
