Deprecate and remove AbstractImmutableDataContainerNode.getChildren()

This public method exposes a view of the underlying implementation for use in AbstractImmutableDataContainerNodeBuilder. The way it is currently used is not efficient and furthermore leaks an implementation aspect.

Define proper a proper interface between the two classes which will achieve the Builder's very specific use case.
