MDSAL-422 shows that the getModifiedChild() and getChildNodes() have a difference of opinion between the API specification and actual implementations.
Most notably implementations allow reporting of UNMODIFIED nodes, to the point of reporting them as long as we had some evidence of such nodes existing - i.e. if we do not modify a list, it can be drilled into through getModifiedChild() reporting UNMODIFIED nodes.
Clarify the contract to match the implementation.
