    Description

      Continuos tracking bug for topic of work, which is to decrease technical debt such as use of deprecated APIs, migration to newer third-party dependencies, build problems.

      Bugs which addresses technical debt should block this bug, if they are not scheduled for particular release, if they are scheduled for particular release, they should block one of milestone for that release.
